Update boys and girls
I went to WW...and I was so excited at the weigh in today...the lady just nodded her head and raised her eyebrows and said you did pretty good, so I thought well I lost a little then she showed me my card and I lost another 4.4 lbs. Yay, I have lost all together 17.4 lbs in 7 weeks... I am so jazzed I know I am going to make my goal of losing 25 before I go to Asia!!! Thanks for praying and I am keeping up the work. Love Ya L.

SO WONDERFUL LISA!!!! You are doing so fantastic!! I'm sorry I haven't called yet. I just got home-- More Doctors appts and kid activities and my work -- just been hectic and I haven't been able to sit down and do anything let alone even fold laundry or load the dishwasher-- MY WORLD IS CHAOTIC MESSY FRUSTRATING--headachy!!! I actually haven't weighed this week but I haven't thrown in the towel or anything but I will probably switch plans from core to points. Well Jilly is in the bath and I must go attend to her and then go do some laundry so I will have something to wear tomorrow.
I AM SO PROUD OF YOUR 17 +++ weight loss!!! SO GREAT!!!
OH MY GOSH!!! CONGRATS!!! That is an amazing accomplishment in such a short amount of time! WTG! Keep up the good work! You will notice a big difference in the way you feel on your trip.
Thank you guys...I am not even kidding when I say it is really taking all of you to encourage and pull me along, granted this has been the easiest plan to adjust to, but I still need to be filled by my friends...my sweet friends!!Like I have said before I am in this for the long haul so I appreciate all that you do...L.
