Your voice has such worry- You are on my mind sweetie- I am praying praying praying- I hope you get good news from your "wound care expert friends" that it is healing up! Is it smaller in 2 days time?

Lisa, I just feel like you need some way to get skin over that? Like a skin transplant? I'm really not trying to be funny. Doctors, is skin supposed to just grow back over this?

I am a pharmaceutical rep that sells Hydrofera. I know you stated that it is painful. Have you been making sure that the dressing is staying moist? If it dries out, it will be painful. I have looked at your progress and you are coming along very nicely. Are ou going to a wound care center?

Hi there Pharmie rep...no I am doing this on my own as I do not have insurance and am self-employed...I am keeping it moist with sterile saline solution and wrapped in Repara film with adhesive edges to hold in the moisture...as the day has progressed I have seen a significant decrease in pain...thanks for reading my blog and giving advise I appreciate that!! L. Oh and E. I think a skin grapht(sp?) would be seriously expensive...the skin will close around this it will just take time.

How is your wound now? The post was from Feb and I am curious to know how your wound has progressed.
